We manufacture CNC turned parts and precision turned parts as well as CNC milled parts for you in almost all formats. Our lathes produce turned parts with diameters of up to 250 mm and lengths of up to 1,500 mm. We have been offering quality at the highest level since 1977.
Modern CNC lathes, cam-type machines and semi-automatic machines enable us to produce turned parts and milled parts precisely to your specifications using CNC turning or CNC milling. Whether a single piece or a series. Whether small or large. Whether short or long. Whether hardened or ground. Whether a simple bolt or a complex drawing part.
We process all machinable materials such as steel, stainless steel, titanium, Hastelloy, non-ferrous metals and almost all plastics and thus manufacture customized, high-quality automatic turned parts such as titanium turned parts or Hastelloy turned parts. We also machine niobium, tantalum and other exotic materials – even in small batches.

Our company has been TÜV-certified to AD-W0/TRD 100 since 1992 and has also been DIN EN ISO 9002 certified since 1998. Other certifications include AD 2000-Merkblatt W0, Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and ISO 9001:2015. On request, we supply with 2.1, 2.2, 3.1, 3.2 certificate as well as with GL/DNV, TÜV, Loyds, etc. approval.
